Describe domain options

[] explain usage of IONOS domains (buy a domain, cross contract usage)
[] explain usage of custom domains from 3rd domain providers
[] general notes: TLS by default and don't bother about the mail in your mail box
[] general notes: Deploy Now creates a www. subdomain by default. Entering www.yourdomain.tld redirects to yourdomain.tld by default. Add www.yourdomain.tld if you intend to use it the other way around.
