Hi, it might be that shinyBS is a non-needed dependency.
When searching for shinyBS
I only see outcommented usage in

MetFamily/inst/MetFamily/app_files/server_guiTabInput.R

Line 103 in 0c1c214

#shinyBS::addPopover(session = session, id = "fileInputSelection", title = "Error", content = "huhu")

So maybe we can get rid of it. Although, there might be function calls without shinyBS::. Needs checking.
