Adjustments;
- Changed random item spawn chances to be more balanced when the game first starts

- Made the item block in Desert easier to get on top of
- "Fast" Big Stars dropped from Players (3rd star when groundpounded) are now 2x as fast, instead of 1.5x

- Fixed collecting Mega Mushroom into the purple tiles in Bonus not canceling the powerup
- Fixed Bullet Bills playing the "stomp" sfx multiple times when killed

- Fixed Mega Players getting stuck on a semisolid mushroom on Sky
- Fixed Players with 0 lives (before they're grayed-out on the scoreboard) stopping fast music
