Request times out on ipfs.io and dweb.link, but not Cloudflare

We have some data (CID: bafybeibq7ub6qkie62cy2tkoawwsw35jpvtvdl3nrwlhwuz2a4ate65eyq) we uploaded to our web3.storage account, which they keep pinned for us at w3s.link. However, while we can load it in some gateways, the ipfs.io and dweb.link gateways seem to time out:

Specifically, the URL loads fine in

• w3s.link gateway: https://bafybeibq7ub6qkie62cy2tkoawwsw35jpvtvdl3nrwlhwuz2a4ate65eyq.ipfs.w3s.link/
• Clouflare gateway: https://cloudflare-ipfs.com/ipfs/bafybeibq7ub6qkie62cy2tkoawwsw35jpvtvdl3nrwlhwuz2a4ate65eyq/

But results in a 504 gateway timeout in:

• https://ipfs.io/ipfs/bafybeibq7ub6qkie62cy2tkoawwsw35jpvtvdl3nrwlhwuz2a4ate65eyq/
• https://dweb.link/ipfs/bafybeibq7ub6qkie62cy2tkoawwsw35jpvtvdl3nrwlhwuz2a4ate65eyq/
