Cannot add folder of data to iRODS

Hi

I'm new to iRODS and metalnx. I have an iRODS 4.3.2 installed and am using metalnx as its GUI.
My team have folders of data and wants to add this to iRODS.
Currently we have to first create the folder in iRODS (as collections) manually, and then add data to the created folder.
This process seems to be tedious and time consuming considering the case that we have quite a lot of folders and subfolders of data to upload.
Is it possible to upload a whole folder of data via GUI, such that all the contents of the selected folder (subfolders and files) are uploaded automatically to the irods?
