This Feature Request is only for inspire, or maybe take it in mind in the future... or for anyone who wants to implement.
Description
I think there may be a common pattern for placing calls on each Country.
In Spain we have the National Numbering plan
Having read it, I can extract some information:
[1] There's a problem in Spain, I can confirm that some big operators doesn't apply for this rules, exceeding max price to customer. But I think that does not exclude that Ivoz notifies you somewhere for it, or if you want to comply, block this behavior.
