I following the install guidance, cmake sucessfully, but when I make , the error took place The error information is :
[ 1%] Building Fortran object src/komega/CMakeFiles/komega.dir/komega_math.F90.o
f951: Fatal Error: Reading module ‘mpi’ at line 1 column 2: Unexpected EOF.

If someone could help solve this, I would be very grateful.

This error may be related to the conflict of different compliers (e.g the intel compiler and the gcc compiler).
Could you try to explicitly specify the intel compiler using the command
cmake -DCONFIG=intel .. ?
