[11.0][CI] Unittests for web_debranding are requested

We need a phantomjs autotests via js tours to check following features at odoo 11.0 CE

How to write unittests in odoo: https://odoo-development.readthedocs.io/en/latest/qa/index.html

List of features to be covered are in README with the following clarifications

• p. 10 can be skipped -- it's tested in an external app
• p. 14 can be skipped -- the module doesn't depends on any module that adds planer pages (this can be done via additional module "web_debranding_tests", though)
• paragraphs marked as [ENTERPRISE] has to be skipped
• paragraphs marked as (feature is not required ...) has to be skipped

Each check related to replacing workds odoo (and related) has to check that there is no word odoo and that it was replaced to appropriated value (Software, example.com, etc.)

Additionaly, the unittest has to switch user to another language (Spanish) and run the tour again
