Thought at first the tweak wasn't working for A12 in general, but it seems like v1.3.0 is working. I don't know why, but this error message only showed up for me when I tried installing 1.4.0/1.5.0 this time, not the last.

  • Device: iPhone XS Max
  • iOS Version: 14.3
  • Jailbreak: unc0ver 6.1.2
  • Tweak List: Pastebin

If there's any other information I can provide that'll help you out I'd be glad to provide it.
