Game doesn't restart after first collision on Chrome 60.0.3112.113 #56

The title says it all.

I'm using:
Linux Ubuntu 16.04
Chrome 60.0.3112.113 64 bit.

For possibility to restart game, I changed game over offset position in GameManipulator.js:31 to 208, -80
But it was not enough, to complete learning. They are something else changed in design with the latest update
