Yes, I have very limited bandwidth for my video stream and most solutions (HLS and the built in mjpg) have too many problems associated with them.

Describe the solution you'd like
As octoprint has recently implemented webrtc support and I have it up and running on my octoprint server, I would love to see dashboard support it as well. My current workaround is by having the control tab open in another window on my computer and through there I can see the stream.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I've tried multiple video settings on my camera and each way still either has too much lag or takes up too much bandwidth.
