[Bug]: helm chart is not working with kafka . Both (kafka and exisitng kafka).

What happened?

helm install jaeger jaegertracing/jaeger
--set provisionDataStore.kafka=true
--set ingester.enabled=true
I have tested it with built-in kafka and exsiting kafka .
even with minkube env and AKS.

Steps to reproduce

1. helm install jaeger jaegertracing/jaeger
   --set provisionDataStore.kafka=true
   --set ingester.enabled=true
2. helm install jaeger jaegertracing/jaeger
   --set provisionDataStore.kafka=true
   --set ingester.enabled=true --version 1.0.1/0.74.1

Expected behavior

all pods should be runing.
