MVP - Start off by making a chatting app for people allowing them to create and host different groups for people with those particular interests.
MVP1.1- Then add the feature of adding polls & quizzes.
Feature 2.0 - including a feature of making a dream team of the matches which are being played currently and extracting some benefits out of the same 
Feature 3.0 - Adding a place where the scores of current matches which are being played are highlighted in detail with commentary, like in Cric Heroes but for all the sports.
Feature 4.0 - Sports quizzes (in collaboration with quiz club).
