so from time to time you get something like this for every country except few

my guess is that you could fix it by setting a universal time to UTC for everything, and convert everything to UTC

but that's just a guess...

This is actually an important issue. Some people have seen this and think "oh, the curve is flattening." In the age of disinformation, this could be ammunition.

Switching to UTC might help, but what might also be helpful is not adding the data point until numbers are in for that day? Not sure, but just a thought.

sais: "The day is reset after midnight GMT+0." ....
