Hello,

I love this go implementation of stow wich lets me install it with a single binary file wherever I need, thanks a lot.

Would you consider implementing the .stow-local-ignore and .stow-global-ignore files to indeed support ignoring these patterns ?
Also maybe implement the defaults ignore that stow has (.git, .svn, .gitignore, README.* LICENSE.*, ...)
