I guess the his/her stuff would need to understand and maybe use different pronouns?

the his/her stuff would still only stay with his/her, but the lewd talk if enabled would be somewhat reversed from the gender.

That said, it sounds like you might be able to achieve this result by setting the gender "correctly", and the orientation to suit? If I'm understanding right anyway...

I don't know if the male version of the bot explicitly talks about his dick, but if he does, the pre-op trans woman version would talk about hers. :P
