No Process Id

I tested Apex Rollups in Sandbox and it worked well. When I set it up in production and tried to run the onetime backfill rollups, when I clicked 'Start rollup!' the rollup job status was 'no process Id'. Do you know what this means? I have my flows and my CMDT set up the same way I did in Sandbox

@jessbr hi there! I would imagine that the RollupSettings__c custom setting still needs to have its org defaults set, based on that. Let me know if that does the trick.
