unable to configure this rbac plugin to support permissions for pre-existing plugins

I am unable to configure this rbac plugin to support permissions for any other plugins except of
-catalog and -scaffolder. there is no specific documentation available for how to integrate these pre-existing custom made plugins on my backstage to the rbac plugin.

I am using the new backend system.

it can be done by configuring permission policies for the plugins themselves.
