A smart theme for Roller using bootstrap.

Tested/deployed in Apache Roller 5.

To use this theme:

1. Place the 'static' folder under /static on the root of your Apache Roller install.
2. Create/modify the templates for your 'blog using the templates given in the 'templates' folder. I.e., place the contents of 'weblog.vm' in the 'weblog' template, the contents of 'entry.vm' in the 'entry' template, &c.
