Undo / remove point

Maybe I am missing something but I can’t find how to remove a point only. Right click remove the entire path just like the Delete button right? Is there a way to remove a point only?
Edit: I think I found it: clicking on an existing point sometimes removes it, but it appears a bug exists: when another path is over the point to delete, it can’t go away.
