theme-magic currently extracts terminal colors from Emacs themes, and applies them to Linux with Pywal.

This is not what Pywal is designed for. Pywal is designed to automatically generate a theme from your wallpaper. Pywal's Emacs integration is currently fairly poor.

Emacs should be able to update its theme based on the colors generated by Pywal. Ideally, it should do this automatically whenever Pywal refreshes the color scheme.
