Make a simple editor program.

This bug depends on #2.

Once kajamtag can read all the standard ID3 tags. I'd like to make a simple program that can output all the tags to a file, then you can edit whatever tags you like, and put the file back into the program and rewrites the ID3 tag based on your changes.

I might eventually implement a GUI for it which is seperate from Kajammer for people who don't want Kajammer; then integrate it into Kajammer for those who do.

This bug sort of depends on #5.
I can still make this program just read tags, but to write, it needs #5.
