import subscription from subscription_manager.xml

Is it possible to import a subscription from an xml file?
I do not have a youtube account but I have my old subscriptions

I've never seen one of these xmls. Can you provide a valid xml or tell me how to obtain the xml so I can take a look? This will be a lower priority so if I do manage to find the time for it, it will likely be much later.
