File missing error?

I have an error when running the simple_recorder.py script on the Windows Command Prompt where it says that a file is not found. How can I solve this? Do I have to create these files myself? If so, where do I make them?

check that hl2ss has access to the camera (Settings > Privacy > Camera) and microphone (Settings > Privacy > Microphone)
also check that your HoloLens OS is up to date, hl2ss does not work on older OS versions

All of the camera and microphone settings are up to date and working, and the HoloLens itself is also up to date. However, hl2ss was installed on the HoloLens a few months ago, would it be out of date by now?
