Connecting to TFS 2015 update 3 returns an error
ERROR: TF214015: The build client object model does not support Team Foundation Server 2005 or Team Foundation Server 2008.
Please check the status of your TFS instance and try again.

Error can be worked around if Collection default value of all-collections is replaced with a known collection name
This workaround is not required when connecting to TFS 2012
