vagrant (veewee) + virtualbox versions test matrix

Overview page to have a table of the virualbox (+gem) versions the boxes were developed against to inspect the root cause of SSH connection issue with vagrant boxes created by veewee. Veewee commit reference allows you to retrieve the VM definition files.
