Websocket option for cloud based jenkins #300

Would it be possible to add the option to select the websocket as the connection mechanism.

with Jenkins running on the cloud behind an ingress controller the 50000 port is not an option at this stage.

Thank you! :) Currently the workaround is to use LB's instead of an ingress.
