This is a subset of the scripts used to analyze the Salmonfish data. By simplifying the analysis, the hope is that it can be shared and more than one collaborator can edit the data as needed.
No personal Identifiable Information should be in the data file.
Open the data-processor.R file in r studio and set the working directory to the parent folder that contains this script.
Run each line with CMD + Return and adjust as needed.
