Announcing panluna, a tool to create custom Markdown readers for pandoc

As already noted in #9894, I've been working on a connector to use lunamark with pandoc in order to create custom Markdown readers.

The result is now available as panluna, a Lua library that allows the creation of customizable Markdown parsers that can be used as custom Lua readers. A custom Markdown parser can be an easy method to support custom Markdown syntax in ways that are not possible with filters.

Performance of the basic panluna/lunamark parser is excellent and only about 10% slower than pandoc's default Markdown reader.
