项目utils文件的toTree函数报错了 #24

命令跑的mock，utils中40行 data.forEach哪里报错了，然后改了一下数据的结构，data里面有一个menuData的数组，后面自己调试了一下也很奇怪，走到47行map的数据 map:{ undefined:[]}，这种数据很奇怪啊，后面不知道咋调了

用的哪个分支，用1.0分支也有问题吗
