What should they be!

• For repo, account/repo: jlord/offline-issues muan/github-gmail
• For specific issue account/repo#number: jlord/offline-issues#1
• For open, closed or all: -o -c --all
• For label: -l <LABEL>
• For author: --by <USER>

offline-issues -r jlord/offline-issues muan/github-gmail --by jlord --all

I didn't expect that the default (in fact the only option) is to only sync open issues! Had to edit the source to get all. Just want to have this posted somewhere so it's obvious.

This is a really cool tool though, which I'm excited about getting the chance to use while traveling this weekend :)
