Gradate the scrubber based on the fps of the gif #40

It's probably not such a big thing once #39 is fixed, but it would be nice if the scrubber snapped to the start of the frame in the gif rather than being a smooth slider with 'invisible' frame boundaries.

The trim bar should do the same thing
