Proposal: Make `Literal::NothingClass` a singleton #39

Currently Literal::Nothing represents the only instance of NothingClass but its still possible to create more instances of Nothing.

Maybe NothingClass could include Singleton?

require "singleton"

class Literal::NothingClass < Literal::Maybe
	include Singleton

and

Literal::Nothing = Literal::NothingClass.instance
