RESOLVED - Autocomplete pop up not showing up

Since 0.24.7 the autocomplete popup no longer shows, though the scripts still run correctly; not sure how to diagnose this :(

Hmm. Are you getting any kind of error?

Could you check to make sure it's enabled in the settings? Near the bottom is a checkbox labeled "Autocomplete". Is that checked? If so, another option would be for you to zip up and attach your vault to a reply to this and I could check it out.

Yeah I checked the console, there's nothing in there that's useful. The Autocomplete options are checked in the plugin settings, and it's updated to 0.24.8.

I made a zip of the vault without my notes, with a complete copy of the .obsidian folder and the inline script .md files. Hopefully this will help!

I am seeing the issue in the vault you provided. I'll let you know when I've worked out what's going on.

Ok. The issue stems from the choice of shortcut prefix and suffix (;; and ;). The prefix contains the suffix, tricking the autocomplete into thinking that the cursor is after the shortcut, rather than in it.

I'm pretty sure I know what caused autocomplete to stop working for this, and I think that I can fix the issue.
