Unraid V2.0.0 upgrading steps

A support ticket was created on Ibracorp's website to update the community app. Until they do, these are the upgrade steps.

Unraid - Upgrading to v2.0.0 Steps

1. Open unraid
2. Open unraid terminal (The >_ symbol top right)
3. Navigate to your app data folder (mnt/user/appdata/maintainerr)
   a. "cd .."
   b. "cd mnt/user/appdata/<maintainerr config folder>"
4. run "chown -R 1000:1000 <maintainerr config folder>"
5. Go to docker and edit the maintainerr template
6. Remove "WebUI" configuration completely.
7. Select "Add another Path, Port, Variable, Label or Device"
   Config Type: Port
   Name: WebUI
   Container Port: 6246
   Host Port: your custom port or leave 6246
   Connection Type: TCP
8. Hit Save
9. Top right of template, change "Basic View" to "Advanced View"
10. Change "WebUI: http://[IP]:[PORT:80]" to "WebUI: http://[IP]:[PORT:6246]"

@jorenn92 FYI, I've submitted a template to unraid's team since ibracorp isn't updating theirs. It contains these adjustments (taken from your PR)

There is a June 11th update to the docker install template for unraid however it still doesn't install correctly, due to that I ended up here and following the Feb 8th post and as a total unraid noob I eventually fumbled my way through and got it to install and work.

The template has been changed, but when running the docker in Unraid, it still says the permissions need updating.

When running "chown -R 1000:1000 ", this does not change and cannot launch the UI properly.

Removing "-u 99:100" out of extra parameters seems to solve it after making the chown changes. I am not an expert enough to understand it, however.
