[Feature Request] Remove items which are available on configured streaming services.

Excludarr used to do this very well until the JustWatch API was changed. I'd love for Maintainerr to have the ability to check if content is available on configured streaming services and remove it from Plex as well as adding it back when that content gets removed from the streaming service.

Basically, add this functionality.

I could look into this for the removal of media. But I'm afraid adding media is out of scope for this project.

I used Exlcudarr as well for this feature, but it is broken and the developer doesn't have time to fix it. And my harddrives are filling up.

Could it be a simple fix by adding the Overseer value Currently streaming on to the rules?
