Home in menu bar when not on home page

I'd like to recommend a feature that I use in other hugo sites. When not viewing the home page, I like to add a "Home" item to the menu bar. I recognize this could be considered a duplicate, as the site icon/name within the menu bar already links to the home page. The reason, however, is that clicking the site icon/name is not obvious to everyone. Having a "Home" menu bar item when on any page other than the home page is a user friendly option.

Naturally, this would be something we can toggle in the config, perhaps params.toml (as part of the Header configuration).
