遇到同样的问题
参考这个pr
#282

里面有提到
基于static的持有JPushPlugin instance，并在每次attach之后被新的plugin实例覆盖，这样是不合理的，存在潜在bug

可以尝试检查代码中调用前台服务 flutter_foreground_task等插件 会导致此类问题出现
