Dataset URLs have changed

Hello!

I've just updated the oscar website and all the dataset URLs have changed like this:

1. https://traces1.inria.fr/oscar/files/Compressed/* -> https://oscar-public.huma-num.fr/compressed/*
2. https://traces1.inria.fr/oscar/files/compressed-orig/* -> https://oscar-public.huma-num.fr/compressed-orig/*

While the old URLs still work, this might not be the case by the end of the month as we continue to migrate to the new infrastructure.

I thought I should open an issue here in order to avoid breaking your library later this month.
