failed to install #75

Hello.
algo26-matthias/idna-convert changed significantly between versions 2 and
3. phpWhois will support algo26-matthias/idna-convert^3.0 starting with
version 6. In the meantime, you can use the @Dev-Master version, though I
do not consider it ready for production use yet.
I'll reevaluate to see how feasible it is to make phpWhois compatible with
both versions.

I am getting this error when install
