Convenice-Methods bootstrap and bootstrapWebWorker

Hi,

the convenice-methods bootstrap and bootstrapWebWorker seems to be gone now in the current alpha 48 [1]. Instead of this, we have to use a more verbose style that sets up providers for instance.

Are the plans for re-introducing such convenience-methods?
