replication-receiver user can't be modified using cq_user resource - it ends with JSON parse error: https://gist.github.com/jwadolowski/35a96a2f0d26b37664da1737119ced16

replication-receiver is a built-in system user and there's no /home/users/system/replication-receiver/profile node. Current cq_user implementation assumes every user has an existing profile. It turned out that's a wrong assumption.
