Add support for Neo4J

Hello and thank you for a great instrument!

Our organisation heavily relies on graph databases, in particularly on Neo4J, and we would be keen on using tbls to document our graph data products.

Are there plans for adding support of Neo4j to tbls? How can we help/facilitate the process of execution to make this new functionality available in tbls?

There are no plans for support at this time, partly because I am not very familiar with graph databases.

Of course, if we receive a Pull Request, we will respond positively like MongoDB.
