Kubernetes Meetup Tokyo(以下、勉強会)は、Kubernetesユーザが集まり、KubernetesやKubernetesを使ったソフトウェアについて情報交換、交流をするための勉強会です。勉強会の開催を通じて、Kubernetesのユーザが一堂に集まり、Kubernetesにまつわる様々な分野の知識や情報を交換し、新たな友人やコミュニティとのつながり、仕事やビジネスチャンスを増やせる場所とすることが目標です。
これを達成するため、参加者の全員が、以下のポリシーに同意していただくことが必要です。全員にとって安全な環境を維持するため、皆さん一人一人にご協力をお願いします。
ハラスメントには以下のようなものを含み、また、これに限りません。
- 言葉による性別、性的指向、障害の有無、外見、身体の大きさ、人種、宗教に関する攻撃的なコメント
- 公的空間での性的な映像表現
- 意図的な威力行為、ストーキング、つきまとい
- 写真撮影や録音によるいやがらせ
- トークやその他の会議イベントに対して繰り返して中断しようとする行為
- 不適切な身体接触
- 望まれない性的な注意を引きつける行為
参加者は、これらのハラスメント行為を止めるように求められた場合、すぐに従わなければなりません。
スポンサーもまた反ハラスメント行為ポリシーに従わなければなりません。特に、スポンサーは性的な関心を引き起こす映像表現、活動、あるいはその他の物品を使うべきではありません。ボランティアを含め、イベントのスタッフは、性的な関心を引き起こすような服装/制服/コスチュームを使うべきではありませんし、その他の手段で性的な関心を引き起こすような環境を作ることもすべきではありません。
参加者がハラスメント行為に属するふるまいをした場合は、勉強会主催者は適切と判断した範囲で、当該行為を行った者に対する警告や、参加費を返還せずに勉強会から追放処分とするなどを含むいかなる行動も取ります。
もしあなたがハラスメントに遭った場合、他の人がハラスメントに遭っている場合、あるいは他に気になることがあった時は、すぐに勉強会スタッフの誰かに連絡していただくようお願いします。勉強会スタッフに直接連絡ができない場合はk8sjp-admin@googlegroups.comへメールをお願いします。
勉強会スタッフは、ハラスメントを経験した人が、勉強会期間中安全かつ安心と感じられるように、参加者がホテル/会場の警備や近隣の警察に連絡すること、付き添い者の提供、およびその他の支援を行います。私達にとってあなたが参加しているのは大事なことなのです。
この行動規範は勉強会の会期中や会場のみならず、ワークショップなどの関連イベント、勉強会に関連したソーシャルイベントにも適用されます。
Kubernetes Meetup Tokyo (hereafter referred to as the meetup) is a study event and community for users of Kubernetes and Kubernetes related software to exchange information and ideas. Through the meetup, it is our goal to provide a space where Kubernetes users can meet with each other, exchange information and ideas relevant to their specific fields, make friends, and increase business activity.
In order to achieve this goal, we require all members of the community and attees of meetup events to agree to the policy outlined in this document. In order to maintain a safe environment, we request the cooperation of all members.
Harassment includes but is not limited to the following:
- Offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion
- Sexual images in public spaces
- Deliberate intimidation, stalking
- Following, harassing photography or recording
- Sustained disruption of talks or other events
- Inappropriate physical contact
- Unwelcome sexual attention
- Other forms of unwelcome targeted offensive verbal comments
Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.
Sponsors are also subject to the anti-harassment policy. In particular, sponsors should not use sexualised images, activities, or other material. Booth staff (including volunteers) should not use sexualised clothing/uniforms/costumes, or otherwise create a sexualised environment.
If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the meetup organisers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the meetup with no refund.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of meetup staff immediately. If you cannot contact meetup staff in person, please send an email to k8sjp-admin@googlegroups.com.
Meeup staff will be happy to help participants contact hotel/venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the meetup. We value your attendance.
We expect participants to follow these rules at meetup and workshop venues and meetup-related social events.
