Bug: false errors on duplicate on component instantiation parameter

Description

I had a case of a component that had specified component instance with parameters that are inherited from module parameters. One of the component instance parameters was duplicated and as a result, validator started showing errors on bus interfaces that were not related to the parameter. Validator also showed correctly the duplicated parameter, and on removal of that, all of the bus interface errors were also removed.
