Consider allowing for S3 compatible backend (i.e. Minio) to manage self-hosted buckets.

Provide for additional settings such that the plugin can be configured to expose the self-hosted endpoint.

See example requirement for AWS SDK for PHP and 3rd party Minio Buckets.
