Functional MRI Processing

We use fMRIprep to process functional MRI data, but there are other software programs to do this as well (e.g., SPM, FSL). fMRIprep provides both voxel- and surface-based outputs of fMRI BOLD signal as well as extensive quality control outputs. fMRI data must be in Brain Imaging Data Structure (BIDS) format and can be run on Compute Canada's Niagara cluster, but you must run it using a singularity image (more details coming soon).
