@Aerodrummer I was asked that same question recently, and yes it is possible. To run 2 instances of jamulus client on same box, with a single audio interface:
The follow up question was: can the patches be saved? This has not been tested but I believe it should work:

Some months ago I build for our singer and guitarist a Raspberry 4 and installed Jambox on it. Even I never touched a Raspberry before, mounting and installing Jambox was much more easy than I thought. All is working fine with a Behringer UMC202HD sound-card and a fiber connection. But after having done rehearsals for months like this, it would be more convenient if we could have his voice and his guitar on separate tracks, like I’m doing for inserting a click-track or backing-tracks with Windows by using Rearoute or Jack for Windows.
So my short question, can we run two Jamulus clients with Jambox?
