Currently, the website is deployed on a GCP bucket being part of the tbtc-prod project. A new production version of the website is deployed on every push to master. A preview version is deployed on every pull request push.
The goal of this task is to migrate the infrastructure to Netflify. The only requirement is to maintain existing CI functionality regarding production and preview requirements.
Let's use a temporary domain provided by Netlify for now. Once the new website is ready for the first release, we will swap the tbtc.network domain.
