Screens update issue after some actions are performed

Description

Somethings the platform doesn't refresh by its own and the changes are shown just after the user performs some other actions. For example: like + remove the like, follow + unfollow.

Steps to reproduce

1. Like someone's note
2. Remove your like
3. Most of the time, the like stills appear unless you do some other actions such as going to a profile or entering a note (a screen change action).
